The services we offer are:

Transcription Service: We are able to transcribe both digital and analogue dictation.

Digital formats we are able to transcribe are as follows: -
Microsoft .WAV (PCM), WMA, Sun .AU, DSP Group’s TrueSpeech Compressed .WAV, Microsoft ADPCM, GSM 6.1, u-LAW, A-Law, All Olympus Recorders, Philips 9350 Digital Recorders (SP Mode), Sanyo Digital Recorder, ProCat™, BCB Play All™, TrueSpeech™, Lanier Digital Recorders UHER DH-10 TrueSpeech, Dialogic™, VOX Format (used in many dictation systems and computerised telephony systems), Bitescrybe VOX, Digital Voice™, Dictaphone™, Crescendo™ DVIPS, Mu-Law and A-Law (Sun™ Microsystems) .WAV files, Creative SoundBlaster™ .VOC format (Version 1.2), MP3, Olympus .DSS format, Evercom, and Tnextix Call Monitoring System format.

Analogue formats we are able to transcribe mini cassettes via Philips 730 transcription system, Grundig Steno-Cassette as well as standard C90 cassettes.

Copy Typing Service: Whether it be via fax, email, or post we are able to copy type your files on to various formats.

Data Entry Service: As per our Copy typing Service we are able to input your data onto an agreed format.

Mail Forwarding Service: We offer a mail forwarding facility to provide a basic mail forwarding service that is intended to deal with routine Companies House and Inland Revenue letters. However, we can also provide a full mail forwarding service.
We will forward your mail to any specified address, anywhere in the world, either at pre-arranged intervals or as it is received. The service can be used for any period of time and arranged on a quarterly or annual basis.
