For all Audio and Copy Typing

We know from our clients feedback that you prefer being charged a flat fee so you know what you are paying. After all, We like to keep things simple! If you would prefer an alternative means of charging please just call us.

Transcription          
Copy Typing /Other Office Duties       

£0.80 per audio minute
£10.00 per hour

Our hourly rate also covers most office/secretarial services. We just make a notional charge for any faxing/postage/delivery incurred.

Mail Forwarding

We will forward your mail to any specified address, anywhere in the world, either at pre-arranged intervals or as it is received. The service can be used for any period of time and arranged on a quarterly or annual basis.

Typically, there is an initial set up fee of £20 and an annual charge of £100, although this can be varied dependant upon the quantity of mail received.

Postage

Postage is charged and invoiced quarterly in advance in addition to the administration fees. We will despatch your mail by first class Royal Mail delivery in the UK or standard air mail for overseas clients unless instructed otherwise.

You will be charged the cost of postage only.
